Mark Hollyoake

Introduction

Mark is a founding partner and Co-director of Springboard Commercial Solutions Ltd. In his role as company director, Mark has worked across many industry sectors, companies and retailers across Europe.

Mark's expertise is focused on Customer Experience (CE) and Customer Management (CM) strategy development, CM evaluation and execution of CE/CM improvement plans (inc. organisational modelling), Partnership & alliance development, management and implementation programmes.

Relevant Experience

Prior to setting up Springboard, Mark worked for QCi (Ogilvy One) on customer management consulting assignments within the Private, Public, not for profit and quazi public sectors.

Before this as Group sales development manager for United Biscuits, he was involved within global commercial improvement being directly involved with enhancing the commercial UB operations in Hungary, Germany, France, Russia, North America and the UK. Subsequently he developed and implemented bespoke solutions on; Category development, sales strategy, relationship management, competency and capability development and point of purchase control & influence.

Mark wrote, developed and delivered the "United Biscuits Way" of Integrated Partnerships.

As a director of North Eastern Europe for Guinness he was responsible for initiating, developing and managing alliances/distributors/partners within the region.

Education, professional training, affiliations and leadership positions

Mark holds an MBA from Henley Management College & a Diploma in Marketing.

He is an active member and regular contributor to the Henley Management college pharmaceutical forum - an industry "think tank".

He is a thought leader in emerging organisational development, virtual organisations and customer management, with published articles in business media.

Mark brings sector insight developed against a background of broad commercial experience and is the author of: A Model for Strategic Partnership Development: "Developing Supplier ~ Hospital Relationships ~ A route map to success in the early phases". Journal of Medical Marketing.
